In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the surat4 website accessible at surat4.cam, including all associated pages, features, games, and services.
• "Member" / "User" / "You" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform and is subject to these Terms & Conditions.
• "Account" means the unique member account created upon successful registration on surat4.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to a Member's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required under the Platform's compliance obligations.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any act or omission by a Member that violates these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, use of automated software, and multi-accounting.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, and related services offered through the Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of surat4 that prevents or delays performance of its obligations, including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, and regulatory actions.

Access to and use of surat4's Services is restricted to persons who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The minimum age to register and use any Service on surat4 is 21 years. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia. surat4 is operated and marketed exclusively for the Indonesian market.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling or gaming services, whether voluntarily through surat4's own tools or through any external self-exclusion program.
• You must not be previously suspended or banned from surat4 for any reason.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, or director of surat4, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

surat4 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balance.

To access the Services, you must register a Member Account. The following rules govern the registration and maintenance of your Account:

• One Account Policy. Each Member may register and maintain exactly one Account. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information. You must provide true, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number as registered in Indonesia.
• Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. surat4 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to protect your password.
• Notification of Compromise. You must notify surat4 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Account Non-Transferability. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any associated balance to any third party.
• Currency. All Account balances are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No other currency is accepted on the Platform.

surat4 is committed to maintaining a secure, compliant platform. As part of that commitment, all Members are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any time at the Platform's discretion.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your valid government-issued national identity card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — KTP).
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official correspondence showing your name and residential address, dated within the last three months.
• A selfie photograph holding your KTP next to your face, to confirm that the submitting person is the registered Account holder.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used for deposits (e.g., bank account statement showing your name).

surat4 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or restrict Account activity pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension. All submitted documents are processed securely and retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. surat4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following locally supported channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

5.2 Own Name Requirement. You may only deposit and withdraw using payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. surat4 reserves the right to reverse any transaction that does not satisfy this requirement.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within minutes of confirmation. surat4 is not responsible for delays caused by your banking institution or e-wallet provider.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Standard processing times are one to six hours for verified accounts during operational hours (WIB, UTC+7). surat4 is not liable for delays attributable to your bank or e-wallet provider.

5.5 Minimum and Maximum Amounts. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the Platform and may be updated periodically. Withdrawals below the stated minimum threshold will not be processed until the balance reaches the qualifying amount.

5.6 Transaction Limits. surat4 reserves the right to apply daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits at its discretion for compliance, security, or risk management purposes. Members will be notified of applicable limits through the Platform.

5.7 Anti-Money Laundering. surat4 is committed to preventing money laundering and the funding of illegal activities. Deposits made to surat4 must represent legitimate personal funds. Any suspicion of money laundering or financial fraud will result in immediate Account suspension and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. surat4 offers promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in each promotion's terms. Wagering on certain game categories (such as live dealer tables or specific slot titles) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward satisfying the requirement.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available exclusively to eligible Members who meet the criteria specified in each promotion. surat4 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Members who have previously abused a promotion — including by exploiting loopholes, opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, or placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements — will be disqualified from current and future promotions.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and any associated free spins or free bet credits expire within the period stated in each promotion's terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them will be removed from your Account automatically and are non-recoverable.

6.5 Withdrawal of Real Money While Bonus Active. If you request a withdrawal of your real-money balance while an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement remains on your Account, surat4 may cancel the bonus and any winnings attributable to it before processing the withdrawal. You will be notified of this outcome before the withdrawal is confirmed.

6.6 surat4 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. surat4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonus funds already credited and being actively wagered by a Member at the time of the change.

7.1 General Rules. All bets and wagers placed on surat4 are subject to these Terms & Conditions and to the specific rules applicable to each game type or sporting market. In the event of any ambiguity, surat4's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final.

7.2 Sports Betting. Pre-match and in-play betting markets are offered across football competitions including BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and the UEFA Champions League, as well as other sports. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, Asian handicap markets, and Over/Under markets are subject to their individual rule sets as published on the Platform. Voor bola (the Indonesian term for goal handicap markets in football betting) markets are also subject to these rules.

7.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled or abandoned, an obvious pricing error on the Platform's part, or a market being suspended due to irregular activity. Void bets will have their original stake returned to the Member's Account balance.

7.4 Palpable Errors. surat4 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a manifest or obvious error, whether human or technical in origin. The Platform will notify affected Members promptly and return all stakes.

7.5 Casino and Slot Games. All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Rules for individual game titles are available within the game interface itself.

7.6 Togel Markets. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on surat4 operate under their own draw schedules and prize structures, which are published on the relevant market pages. Results are determined by officially published draw outcomes from the relevant reference sources.

7.7 Maximum Winnings. surat4 reserves the right to apply maximum single-transaction and daily payout limits across all game categories. These limits will be published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on surat4. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of any Account balance, and where applicable, legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with surat4.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access the Platform, or otherwise interact with the Services.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in a systematic manner to generate profit.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to abuse promotional offers or exploit odds discrepancies between markets.
• Using another person's Account or payment method, or allowing another person to use yours.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or using the Platform to process funds of illegal origin.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform's technical systems or security measures.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward surat4 staff or other Members.

All content on the surat4 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, graphics, text, software, game assets, and data — is the intellectual property of surat4 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of surat4.

Unauthorized use of surat4's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

Your use of the surat4 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how surat4 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. surat4 does not sell or rent Member personal data to third parties. All data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection standards and is secured using 256-bit TLS encryption in transit.

surat4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming as a core platform value. We provide the following tools to help Members maintain control of their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session duration alerts to receive notifications when a defined period of play has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Members wishing to take a break from gambling may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and irrevocably for the selected period.

12.2 surat4's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in the Member's Account at the time the claim arose.

12.3 surat4 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or Force Majeure events may result in temporary unavailability, for which surat4 accepts no liability.

12.4 surat4 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose beyond the provision of licensed online gaming entertainment services.

13.1 Termination by Member. You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

13.2 Termination by surat4. surat4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, completion of a KYC process revealing ineligibility, or regulatory requirement. In cases of termination for proven fraud or Prohibited Conduct, surat4 reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance in full.

13.3 Survival. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law shall survive the termination of any Member Account.

surat4 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a notification on the Platform or by email to the address registered on the Member's Account. The updated Terms & Conditions will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 13.1.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which surat4 holds its operating license. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this clause limits surat4's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent Prohibited Conduct.
